All providers that work with AkanDoc undergo rigorous background check which include professional license check , SS verification and address history, National criminal database check,Global watch list, Healthcare compliance, drug test, Education verification. Our background check is done by a trusted 3rd party company

Yes, that’s is one of the reasons for AkanDoc. You as a user will be able to select your preferred provider from pool of providers in your geographical area upon sending a request.

Our platform is built on Amazon AWS which is also compliant with HIPPA regulations. Your medical record and personal information are secured and will always be available to you when needed.

All request booked on AkanDoc are fulfilled based on the appointment time set by the user. In a situation of any delay or unforeseen circumstances, your chosen provider will communicate with you through AkanDoc app.

Yes, every AkanDoc user is able to request services at any location. Just input you request information in the app and all providers that match your requests will be provided to you in a pool for selection.

At sign up, users will fill a medical history form that will always be available in their profile and this medical history will be transmitted to your chosen provider at time of request.
